What if I am dumping mixed or “dirty” Materials?

Loads that have a mix of more than one kind of material will be classified as dirty. Depending on the mix of materials, it may be more difficult for us to separate. This would result in an additional charge appropriate to the degree of difficulty associated with the separation.

Am I able to self-load?

Unfortunately, customers are unable to self-load. A Jet City Trucking and Aggregate Employee must be operating the loader at the time of material pickup.

What if the scale attendant is absent when I am dropping/picking up materials?

A scale logbook is located near the window of the scale house where customers will be able to record their load and respective actions with that load. Please do not remove the scale log upon filling. If you are a new customer, please leave your billing information on the log.

Is the pit open on the weekends?

The pit is not open on the weekends. It is only open Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
